We accept refunds, returns, and exchanges.
If you'd like to return or exchange your order, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order in the mail. Day of delivery is Day 1.
2. After contacting us we'll provide you with a Return/Exchange Authorization Number. Return/Exchange Authorization Numbers are valid for 10 days. Be sure to check your spam mail folder when waiting for a response from us.
3. Your order must be in the exact brand new condition in which we sent it to you, unworn (not including trying on the product), free of odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) and with the tag attached to garment.
4. Mail your order back to us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. After receiving the return we will process a refund minus the Return Fee.
6. There is an $8 Return/Exchanges Fee for each item that you send back. For example, if you send back two hoodies the total Return Fees are $16.
A refund cannot be processed if:
1. The item is not in brand new condition.
2. The tag has been removed from your item.
3. The item contains odor (i.e. cigarette smoke)
4. The purchased item is listed as on Sale. Sale items cannot be refunded.
5. The item is sent back without receiving a Return/Exchange Authorization Number first.
6. We are not contacted about an exchange/return within 7 days.
If you are purchasing a gift for Christmas, you have 6 days after Christmas (until December 31st) to contact us for a return/exchange authorization number. All other rules and guidelines apply above. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on Christmas purchases after December 31st.
Refunds:Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Be sure to check your spam folder if you haven't heard from us. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
To return your product, after receiving a Return/Exchange Authorization #, you should mail your product back. We will provide your the address via email. USPS is recommended for most affordable rates.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping a package over $75 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
